REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a wig has been touched, worn or handled by the buyer it is not able to be resold. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

CANCELLATIONS will be a $25 restocking fee. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, you have 24 hours after you have purchased.

EXCHANGES are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

Please make sure that you read all the descriptions before placing a order, due to the no exchange or refund policy.
